Last night was the first of a number of unwrapping sessions we have lined up for this Christmas season.

When gifting between my side of the family we all have an agreement that only the kids get gifts. Otherwise it was too expensive to also buy for each other and the kids. This works out really well and keeps the gift wrap bomb to a minimum. Since we are only buying for the kids they probably tend to get spoiled more than they might otherwise.

The first photo is the calm before the storm. We had some music going and were chatting while we waited for Theresa and Inara to be ready.

Q was really excited to hold baby Inara. He even asked Theresa so nicely.
